🛑 Cancellations & Address Changes

• Fast processing: Orders are sent to production very quickly.
• Changes: We cannot guarantee address updates or cancellations once an order is placed.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Our mistake: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it or refund you completely at no extra cost.
• Time limit: You must report the issue within 14 days of your delivery date.
• Requirement: Please email support@stopslotabuse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Do not mail the item back until we review your request.

📏 Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

• Custom made: We do not carry inventory or stock extra sizes. Every item is printed only when ordered.
• Policy: We do not offer refunds, returns, or free exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind.
• Helpful tip: Please consult the specific Size Guide on each product page before checkout to ensure a perfect fit.

📍 Packages Returned to Sender

• Wrong Address: If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete, invalid, or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend it.

• • Unclaimed: If a package is marked as unclaimed or refused at delivery, you will need to pay for reshipment once it returns to our facility.
